Tender Support UK is led by William Minnett — a commissioning and policy specialist with deep, first-hand experience of how public bodies design, procure, and evaluate services and suppliers.
With a background inside the UK Civil Service, William brings a valuable perspective on what public sector buyers expect and how providers are assessed.
